Our Founders

In 2009, Joan’s entrepreneurial spirit led her to establish Los Robles Home Health Care Services. Years later, Molly and Becky returned to Westlake Village, joining their mother in the family business. For over 15 years, they contributed to the growth and success of Los Robles Homecare. In 2019, they passed the reins to Impact Healthcare, which transformed it into Los Robles Home Healthcare and Hospice, a thriving entity serving the Conejo Valley area and beyond.
